the day was long, that’s to be expected when you’re doing something as intricate as a hair transplant. But at no point did I feel unsafe or unsure. The numbing process wasn’t pleasant (let’s be honest, no injection ever is), but the team were responsive and made sure I was okay throughout. The aftercare instructions were clearly explained, and I was given everything I needed for the healing process.
