Dr. Zakar Rafiq has been a leading figure in the hair restoration industry for 7 years, performing over 4000 surgeries, making him one of the most experienced surgeons in the UK.
Born and raised in the UK, Dr. Rafiq completed his MBBS and BSc (Hons) at Imperial College London, ranked 14th in the World League Standings. He further honed his surgical skills at the esteemed Surgical Academic Unit in St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington.
Dr. Rafiq has extensive training in various surgical specialities including General Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Breast and Endocrine Surgery, Trauma and Orthopaedics, and Neurosurgery.
His current practice is dedicated to treating hair loss and alopecia in both men and women, with a remarkable record of over 4000 successful surgeries.
As a member of the International Society of Hair Restorative Surgery, he has led international conferences and trained numerous surgeons in the art of hair transplant procedures.
Dr. Rafiq has a particular clinical interest in Hairline Restoration and FUE Hair Transplantation, where his precision and artistry have earned him widespread acclaim.
